How strategic, how divine? Little did we know what God had in store for us when he sent us to Gibraltar. We find ourselves literally at the center of the earth. When we arrived, the Rock at Gib welcomed us in ways that we still cannot articulate.
We experienced a Romans 8 welcome, second to our experience at the Western wall in Israel. The portal here is truly second to Jerusalem and we are amazed at the presence of the Lord. We spent all day exploring the rock and its 3 summits, including the highest one in the center, where we experienced a tangible fear of the Lord.
We have sensed an increase of angelic activity since we arrived. Last night Recie had a dream that a women handed him keys to unlock a door and that healing was going to break out in our meetings. Scott also had a dream where he dreamed all night were we minister to the church in Gib in signs and wonders.
Coincidently, the pastor who invited us is a father of 25 churches in the Gib area. The main attack here against the church has been a disrespect of authority. The land has been historically disputed for ownership between 3 nations, Spain, Africa, and England. The Gibraltartarians are caught in the middle, and feel the tension and pulled from all sides. This struggle over the sovereignty makes it hard for the churches authority structure because the culture does not have clear allegiants. There is a atmosphere of mistrust deeply rooted in it history.
The ancient world believed Gib was the end of the world and feared to venture beyond the rock. We know now geographically it is the center of the know world. Ex: a straight line can be drawn from Washington DC to Jerusalem which goes through Gib.
Please pray that the government of heaven can be restored here so that the government on earth can have a political solution. The church is riddled with division and splits. Pray that the spirit of unity would replace the religious spirit that controls the region. Also pray that we have favor to speak to the church about Gods heavenly agenda for the region. instead of focusing on the earthly agenda the church is now distracted by.
There is a very strong religious spirit here. Thank you for your intercession.
We crossed the border into Spain this morning. we met with about 25-30 church leaders and pastors from Spain.. Our Host Michael was not sure how they would receive us, he said they may get offended by Scott’s hair and ear ring. I was a little jealous J. We spent about 3 hours with them answering questions, talking about the conference we were going to do in the city. then the atmosphere changed when we protocol them, Honoring them, giving each one a gift, and asked for permission to come on their land and minister to the people. It seemed like this caught them by surprise and our favor went up with each one of them. One pastor got up and welcomed us to the land and gave us his blessing to minister in there city. Then we started to worship the spirit of prophecy fell and we ministered to a large number of them.
The conference started Friday afternoon. We started off teaching on the prophetic it seemed that favor was low and we had to win their trust and approval the recognized Michael and Susan oversight, but were unsure of us because we were speaking on new issues such as Dreams and the mystical realm.
After plowing through the afternoon we told that we would build a biblical basis for our teaching. The afternoon talk on the prophetic went well. Scott spoke at the evening message and during the worship four angles came to him with messages for the people.
One was we were coming like little children and for them to be as little children so that we can all enter the kingdom. The second was about picking up things the forefather had rejected. The third, was allowing the church father to apply the new patch and the new wine on to their garments and into new wine skins. They were cautioned not to run with the things we were teaching without consulting there leadership. The fourth thing was that we sensed a problem with spiritual authority in the church as the Gib land region has been in dispute for centuries. Scott declared that the land did not belong to Spain, Morocco, or England, but to God. This received a standing ovation.
He then taught on the mystical and at the end promised tomorrow he would share his Throne room experience. Saturday morning Recie spoke on dream as one of the ways God speaks to us. During worship Recie was show that when Gary Oats came last march he released angelic activity and that several angles were release and were waiting and were assigned to us coming to Gib and doing the Conference.
These people hunger to understand dreams was very encouraging to Scott and I. Scott spoke that afternoon on his throne room experience and felt many angles would come into the room as he spoke, according to the angelic assignment Recie saw. I instructed them when they felt a touch from the angles to come to the alter immediately. As they did that a powerful released in the room for most people falling to the ground. We end the conference talking about night terrors and lucid dreaming, we answered many questions and prayed over the people to seal what God did in this conference. The people were so hungry they did not want to let us go and gave us a standing ovation.
Yesterday we ministered at Bethel church in Gib. This is Michael and Susan Mifsud church. Scott delivered a message on moving from being full of the spirit to being in the power of the Spirit. After his message we invited all who needed healing prayer to come up, anyone who did not need prayer we offered training them on how to pray for the sick.
We had about 18 people come up for healing prayer. It was simply incredible the anointing for healing, 5 backs got healed, 1 lady with a brain seizures was healed, 1 lady’s foot was healed, the pastors daughter who is 16 could not touch the floor without pain, her mom felt the bones in here hip move when we prayed. So we also prayed for heart issues, neck issues, feet issues, sinus issues, and several more. We believe that we will continue to here of more testimonies in the days ahead.
Last night we were invited to minister at the Methodist church in Gib. When the pastor got up to introduce us, he confessed to the whole church that when he first met us at the pastors meeting, he made a decision not receive anything we had to say. He then told the church that when we protocoled the pastors God changed his heart. at that point he saw humility in us… from asking the pastors for permission to speaking into the region he knew then he would have to invite us to his church. This is the power of protocol. and why we do it.. (thanks Dan, Lynda, Elmer)
Scott and I for the last year have been feeling that we needed to put our feet on the African Continent and feel the land. On Tuesday we boarded a boat and crossed 30 miles of seas from Aljazeera to Tanager North Africa. Our Trip from Aljazeera, Tanager, Ceuta, and Morocco.. was a true eye opening experience. They believe that Ceuta was the other pillar of Hercules. Remember we showed you the map of one pillar in Gibraltar which is considered south England. and the other in Ceuta which is considered part of Dear Prayer Team.
For about one year I have been praying that God would show us an orphanage that IMT could support and help build. Well when we went to Morocco, we met Monticules who is Spaniard and his wife who is from Morocco. They have lived in Morocco for 5 years and have found incredible favor from the Moroccan officials. You have to remember that Rabat the capitol of Morocco is 1.5 million people and the country is an Islamic country.
As long as Monticules does not convert people he can build this orphanage to help the widows and orphans. He is a lot like us, go undercover to reach people. This is truly an open door to reaching the Muslims. So he gave us a tour of the land that was given to him to build an orphanage. The oppression and strong hold in this city was simply eye opening. Scott and I have never been in an Islamic country, but our hearts were broken to see the people under such fear and control.
What Monticules and others are doing in reaching people in Islamic country is truly humbling and makes what we are doing in the states so much easier. So for IMT to be sowing and bring back teams to sow into this work is simple an answer to prayer. Some of you on this email will be coming with us next year. Start preparing your hearts and your finances to build an orphanage in an Islamic controlled country. That is truly amazing…You can see the start of the building that will be 3 stories high.
Monti is also starting a church which is separate to what he is doing in the orphanage. Scott and I ministered to the little house group with 25 people. It was interesting to speak and then wait for someone to interpret what we said into Spanish first then Arabic. They were so hungry for what we were speaking on and almost did not want to let us go. We told them we would be back with a bigger team to help train and support.
Scott left Gibraltar yesterday morning flying back to the states. Please keep praying for me. I am taking a group of about 45 and teaching on prophetic evangelism and taking them to the street tonight and on Saturday and then speaking at the church on Sunday..

I just wanted to thank you for all your prayer. There is no question in my mind that this trip was one of the most powerful trips Recie & I have ever had. The anointing and authority in which we spoke was a constant comment of the pastors and leaders in the region.
We felt we were to drive three stakes in the ground. The first was to open their eyes to dreams, visions and the prophetic. The second was to open their eyes to the angelic activity and how to cooperate with heaven. Thirdly was to demonstrate how to reach people with prophetic evangelism. All three were completed with a greater favor than we had ever dreamed.
We came up against the prevailing religious spirit, fear of the mystical and supernatural, as well as the “us against them” mentality the church is known for. As many of you know, the land issues are always on our minds. Our trip to North Africa was very strategic. We were able to speak into the regional church the issues of unity that come from seeing their land as God's land, and regardless of political agendas, the church must focus on heavens agenda for the region to open up to the gospel.
The deeper we went into all our teachings, the greater resistance we felt during the process. At every meeting, their faces went from resistant and skeptical to open and shifted. The reports kept coming back with increasing favor. We feel we've had a major impact on 25-30 churches in the region. This is more of an impact than we have ever seen. We sensed this was the first steps into our apostolic future concerning the church worldwide, and our ability to bring the "Bridge DNA" to other nations.
We are overwhelmed and humbled at what the Lord has done. We are convinced that your prayers were divinely under girding all our efforts and felt your partnership continuously. We are humbled to have so many friends who believe in our work, who take the time to pray that our labor would prosper. It was very clear to us that God wants us to continue together in all our efforts, and we are asking God how we can better communicate with you and minister back to you as He is linking our destinies together.
